Site Evaluation & Analysis

Regardless of the scale of the assignment or the level of security, our professionals conduct an in-depth assessment of your facilities to include all buildings, secondary or supporting structures, access routes, entrance/exits, perimeters, surrounding areas, transit volumes, day and night activity – in short, every aspect of the facility is inspected, documented and evaluated. On par with a criminal or forensic investigation, we then analyse our findings and provide a detailed report of potential security problems and recommend appropriate courses of action, solutions and/or alternatives to enhance existing procedures.

Manpower Planning

In certain instances, rather than a full-level Site Evaluation & Analysis, our clients call on us to determine whether or not their facilities are appropriately and effectively manned. Too few or too many Security Officers impacts the company across the board. Unsuitable or complicated shift schedules can cause additional problems. Our experience in the guarding industry enables us to fully assess your manpower needs and determine the best possible balance of Security Officers and corresponding shift schedules.

Security Assignment Instructions

An important component of site security, and one that it is often overlooked, is the development and implementation of Security Assignment Instructions. These are critical procedures and instructions specifically designed to address the unique needs of each and every location and to which all Security Officers must adhere. Our industry experience enables us to develop thorough and exacting directives that mandate our clients’ security objectives, the location requirements, incident procedures, reporting and the specific limitations and/or expectations of on-site Security Personnel (i.e. search, use of force, power of arrest).
