our company operates under very specific values and exacting

across decades of service to the British Constabulary.

Michael Oliver Holmes (Andy), Chairman, Director of Security,
Health & Safety
Detective Chief Inspector (ret), Head of Serious Crime Squad
Unit and under-cover officer involved in highly sensitive and
confidential Covert Actions for Serious Crime operations across
the UK. The depth and scope of Andy’s skill and expertise is
immeasurable. Andy’s hands-on approach is legendary. There is
nothing routine about routine, which is why on any given day and
at any given time, you may find Andy working a shift alongside
our Security Officers.
Roger Greensdale, Director of Training, Fire, Health & Safety
Detective Superintendent (ret) of the Criminal Investigation
Department, Superintendent of the County of Wiltshire Drugs
Squad, Hostage Negotiator, Crown Court Liaison Officer,
Divisional Press Officer, member of Armed Close Protection
Services, Close Protection Officer to the Royal family, Cabinet
Ministers and the then Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher. Roger
has extensive experience and expertise with highly charged,
security intensive cases, including the horrifying events of the
Hungerford Massacre.
John McCammont, Senior Training Consultant
Chief Superintendent (ret) West Mercia Constabulary, Acting
Assistant Chief Constable, Uniformed Operational Commander of
Criminal Investigation Department, Drugs Squad and Crime Risk
Manager, Instructor Force Training School, Qualified Instructor
& Examiner of Retail Security Officers and Static & Patrol
Officer Trainer, Detective Constable and Detective Sergeant of
Serious Crime Squad of New Scotland Yard. John’s experience
spans such incidents as the Tern Hill Terrorist Bombing and the
notorious Celine Figard murder.
John Bills, Senior Training Consultant (Canine)
John is a highly experienced Home Office approved Dog Handler
and Instructor. He is fully qualified to train general purpose
dogs, guard dogs, explosive, firearm and drug search dogs. John
has been an operational Police Dog Handler for 21 years and held
the post of dog training officer for 10 years in the Gwent
Police Force. In addition to canine training, John manages all
facets of our guard dog patrol services.
Stephen Fitzgerald, Specialist Consultant
Captain US Navy SEALs (ret), Chief of Staff of Joint Special
Operations Command, Commander Naval Special Warfare Development
Group, Captain SEAL Team ONE, Maritime Plans Officer, Operations
Chief, Naval Special Warfare Development Group, US Navy SEAL
School Lead Instructor. Steve’s military career has placed him
on the front-line of special operations in Iraq, Afghanistan,
Panama & Haiti. Steve specialises in High Risk, High Security,
Rapid Deployment and Anti-Terrorism assessment and training.
Sylvia Holmes, Director Health & Safety Specialist
Sylvia’s knowledge and experience of Health & Safety stems from
working alongside the Health & Safety Environmental & Quality (H.S.E.Q)
Officer and Auditor for E.S.S. (a division of Compass Group).
She has been involved with Risk Assessments, COSHH, planned
inspections, environmental issues, PPE matters. She has carried
out interviews and inductions of staff, liaised with Facilities
Departments both within E.S.S. and British Energy, regarding
Health & Safety matters. Sylvia has attended courses and
received certifications in Manual Handling, COSHH and Risk
Assessment and is currently attending additional management
courses. In conjunction with Andy Holmes and Roger Greensdale,
both experienced Health & Safety officers, Sylvia manages Health
& Safety.
